She was able to present comparables and she did a lot of DD around rental yields if we chose to rent to rent it at some point. I need to stress the importance of a buying broker in PR as many listings on Zillow are not at market. There’s a concept of the desired price and this has cost some buyers hundreds of thousands even millions in losses. Gigi is a respectable professional broker and she doesn’t list out of market but please consider her services as a buying broker too.
